Hey everyone! Yes, "Eastery" is definitely a word -- well, at least a word in my vocabulary! I have several little areas in my home that have gotten some special "Eastery-Spring" tweaks, so I thought I'd share.
This is my Spring wreath from last year -- didn't make a single change, because I really like it
the way it is!
Cute little bunny in his book page nest.
Love this tiered basket and just had some fun with anything Easter & Spring that I could find in my stash. I divided up an old book and covered them with craft paper & tied with string. I added a small hand-painted pitcher with some small egg picks, a small green vase, a framed sunflower print, a teacup and saucer, small nest with eggs & a cute little Easter-themed box. I just used some burlap and drop cloth fabric to line the baskets.
I know you've seen my mantel before, but I just love my coffee filter wreath and the touches of turquoise that I added to my "Spring" bunting from last year.
I got a bit carried away with book pages and created this wreath for my pantry door by simply folding the pages into cones & then folding the cone in half. A silk turquoise flower (leftover from the mantel bunting) & a few turquoise & yellow butterflies, plus a little bit of turquoise stamping ink on the page edges made for a very inexpensive but cute wreath.
I enjoyed this little basket filled with cloth hearts for Valentines & just gave it another sweet look lined with natural-colored fill and a bunch of faux eggs. I've had the little bunny hanger for years.
I'm just a bit obsessed with this turquoise color right now, so decided to add a little double ruffle to my
rooster towels on top of the red ticking that I added last year.
This is in the center of our breakfast table. I covered a few plastic eggs with turquoise yarn and one with burlap string & nestled them in raffia inside this little cheese cloche. The little brown bunny was a surprise find at GW several years ago.
I did a little shopping at World Market a few weeks ago which kind of started my whole obsession with the color "turquoise." I adore this little ceramic egg crate. I made some fabric tape and added it to a simple apothecary jar to holds my favorite tea.
On my little shopping excursion, I also picked up these cuties -- butter dish & salt cellar, both with little birds on top & just couldn't pass up the cute little measuring spoons or......
the matching measuring cups!
These little melamine containers are perfect for grape tomatoes & berries that we always have on hand for munching while they are so delicious and plentiful at our local Sprouts Market.
I'm lovin' this Fresh Picked Pear foaming soap -- smells good enough to eat!
This paper-mache bunny planter has been around our home for many years and always finds himself filled with some Spring-time florals.
Well, this little guy pretty much says it all -- Happy Easter, everyone!
However you celebrate this holiday, I hope it is done with happy souls,
loving hearts, and peaceful minds.

I really enjoyed all your "Eastery" pics. :) I've had my eye on those ceramic egg crates for some time. I also adore that salt cellar. I think I'd feel like a real cook if I got one. :) I just might have to make another trip to World Market today. Love that store. Happy Easter!
